The Grand Central Air Terminal, the centerpiece of Glendale’s aviation history, is finally undergoing the restoration it deserves. Disney’s plan to restore this elegant terminal, will consist of a visitors center, office spaces and even space for a surrounding Disney Grand Central Creative Complex. All will be completed by restoring the exterior and rehabilitating a significant amount of interior space. In addition, there will be a media wall and interpretive displays illuminating the history of Grand Central itself.
